No, Charges are not levied for registering with the MILCHYMILK customer app. You can navigate easily in the app for a convenient shopping experience once you register.

You can surf / browse through the App and add Buy once products to your cart. However, to make subscriptions or purchases and check out, you need to register.

Our Return /Cancellation / Exchange policy is transparent. If milk delivered goes bad and brought to our immediate notice within 3 hours of delivery, we will provide you a replacement with the next delivery. If a product, other than Milk, supplied is wrong or expired, or you have an issue with quality, do not dispose of the item. It may be picked from you and an immediate replacement provided or an equivalent amount credited to your Milchy Milk Wallet account. This can be used for your subsequent order bills.
